PRE-CONSTRUCTION – RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL

Three-Phase Treatment Process

Horizontal Surface
Treatment

  • Foundation bases

This application is done after soil or gravel compaction and before the concrete slab is cast, ensuring a solid chemical barrier beneath the structure.

External Perimeter Trench
Treatment

A trench measuring 40 cm deep and 30 cm wide is excavated around the external perimeter of the foundation slab.

  • Termiticide is pressure-sprayed into the trench at a calibrated rate.
  • For structures with basements, the trench is applied around the ground level slab.

Vertical Surface
Treatment

The backfilled soil around the building—from the basement up to ground level—is treated as a vertical barrier.

  • Termiticide is applied using spraying, rodding, and injection.
  • The treated zone extends 30 cm wide from the boundary wall and covers every 100 cm of depth in compacted backfill soil.

POST CONSTRUCTION - RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIALS

To ensure complete termite protection, a specialized liquid termiticide is injected into precisely drilled holes (18mm in diameter, spaced 30cm apart) along the main structural slabs and around the directly infested building perimeter. This method delivers deep penetration and long-lasting results.

Targeted Pest: Dry wood termites, powder post beetles, woodworms and wood decaying insects.
Targeted Properties / Materials: Antiquities and furniture, wood decorative boards and panels, and all types of wood and timber furniture’s.
